Trails on Tap at Riverfront Park

Riverfront Park, 1st Avenue, Royersford 


The Countryside edition of Parks on Tap brings its traveling beer garden to another Schuylkill River waterfront destination this week. Trails on Tap pops up at Riverfront Park in Royersford, with brews from Mainstay Independent Brewing Company, plus chances to bike and kayak for free on the weekend.

Night Adventures - Zip Line Course

Friday, July 19th, 7:30-9 pm

Treetop Adventures at Elmwood Park Zoo, Norristown


Zip the zoo in the dark with Treetop Adventures’ Night Adventure! Experience all the thrills of the zip line and ropes courses with the added challenge of darkness! Adventurers will navigate through a section of the Treetop Zoofari course equipped with a headlamp. Young adventures can also experience the night time fun on their Cub Climb course.


Your Night Adventure ticket includes access to an all-you-can-eat buffet, full of Norristown specialties like zeps, veggie zeps, pretzels, tomato pie, and local beer, and (1) drink ticket! Toast to your successful return with a party that begins shortly after you exit the trees!


Not up for the night time challenge? Non-adventurers can still be a part of the fun with Their Fan Pass! Each Fan Pass includes one (1) drink ticket and access to the all-you-can-eat buffet.

Ardmore Restaurant Week

Ardmore Restaurant Week is back with two full weeks of dining deals, plus lunch specials! This year’s event, taking place July 15th-28th, serves up fixed-price lunch and dinner specials at 21 restaurants around town. 


​The prix-fixe menus for Ardmore Restaurant Week include two-course lunches for $10 or $15, and three-course dinners for $15, $25 or $35.

​Cosmo Cares Presents PHILADELPHIA SOUL DAY

Join them on Sunday, July 21st for Philadelphia Soul Day presented by Cosmo Cares! Zoo guests can enjoy discounted admission of just $4 for the day! The day will feature special appearances by Philadelphia Soul players (see below), cheerleaders, and the mascot! Thanks to Cosmo Cares, guests can enjoy free carousel rides all day, as well as a free food item*.

Bluegrass and Blueberries at Peddler's Village

Celebrate National Blueberry Month in July with everything blue at the Peddler’s Village Bluegrass and Blueberries Festival on Saturday & Sunday, July 20th & 21st from 10 am–6 pm. This two-day extravaganza for National Blueberry Month is complete with live music, pet parade, pie-eating contest and bluegrass and country music. The festival will take place rain or shine! 


Please note: Because of the heat advisories for this weekend, they encourage all of their guests to stay hydrated and wear plenty of sunscreen! In the interest of keeping everyone comfortable, they’ll have a cooling station with misting fans, tents and shaded areas, and water bottles available for purchase throughout the Village.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™ in Concert with the Philadelphia Orchestra

The Harry Potter Film Concert Series returns to the Mann with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™ in Concert, the fourth film in the Harry Potter series. On July 20th, Justin Freer will conduct The Philadelphia Orchestra performing the magical score live from Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire™ while the entire film plays in high-definition on a 40-foot screen!
