1. PHILADELPHIA FLOWER SHOW

March 3rd - 11th, 2018

Spring has sprung at the Pennsylvania Convention Center as the Philadelphia Flower Show returns. The theme for this year's show, Wonders of Water, features top-of-the-line horticulture and landscape design, including an entryway complete with a rope bridge and a 25-foot-tall waterfall. The major event runs from March 3 through 11 but kicks off on Friday, March 2 with the annual Preview Party Gala. The first official night (March 3) is celebrated with Flowers After Hours, a disco-themed dance party. ​

2. PHILLY CRAFT BEER FESTIVAL

Saturday, March 3, 2018 - 1:30pm - 5pm
4747 South Broad Street, Philadelphia

Free Shuttle Service - Complimentary bus shuttle service will be available to festival attendees from the Broad & Pattison SEPTA station to The Navy Yard. Shuttles from Broad & Pattison will begin at 11:00 AM and run continuously through the day.

Cost: $46 Online; $12 Designated Driver (A DD ticket holder will get a bottle of water. Designated drivers do NOT receive a wristband or a tasting glass and are NOT permitted to sample any beer. Any designated driver who was seen drinking will be removed from the festival immediately. Designated drivers must be 21+ and present a valid photo ID for entry.

Called “one of the top 10 beer festivals in America” by Forbes Traveler, and selected as one of the Top 20 Beer Festivals in America by USA Today! The Philly Craft Beer Festival features national and international breweries, food trucks, and a VIP session with rare brews, all at The Navy Yard. The Philly Craft Beer Festival will be held OUTDOORS under tents—the event will be held rain, snow, or shine! ​

6. THE HARLEM GLOBETROTTERS

The Harlem Globetrotters bring entertainment and sportsmanship (basketball!) to the Wells Fargo Center this weekend for their 2018 World Tour. Watch the team of performers dunk, flip, dance and clown around on the court this Sunday during two separate games.​
